Corti:bisogna lavorare sull'accesso anche da parte dei colleghi in formazione
Oltre cento posti da coprire a Milano, di cui una ottantina vacanti già dallo scorso autunno quando furono messi a bando 99 posti per altrettanti medici. Ma, alla fine, quelli entrati in servizio sono stati appena 21. È la nuova fotografia della carenza di medici di medicina generale a Milano: un problema che si ripresenta da anni. «Bisogna lavorare sull'accesso anche da parte dei colleghi che non hanno finito il corso di formazione, ai bandi per le zone carenti. - ragiona allora Fiorenzo Corti, vice segretario nazionale della Fimmg - Stiamo discutendo la questione a Roma, visto che questa possibilità è prevista già dal decreto Semplificazione. Se fosse inserita nella nuova convenzione nazionale, consentirebbe a tanti giovani colleghi che devono ancora specializzarsi di iniziare a lavorare. Risolvendo la carenza».
