«Purtroppo temo che ci saranno dei ritardi nella disponibilità dei vaccini anti-influenzali negli studi dei medici di famiglia e nei distretti sanitari, non solo in Campania. Anzi, se si considera che la Campania e il Lazio sono state fra le prime regioni a ordinare i vaccini, prevediamo ritardi in varia aree d'Italia».
A sottolinearlo all'Adnkronos Salute è Silvestro Scotti.
«Temo che in Lombardia i vaccini non arrivino negli studi medici prima di fine ottobre». «In questo senso - sottolinea poi Scotti in una nota - non sono state rispettate né le linee guida del ministero della Salute, né le raccomandazioni dell'Aifa, secondo le quali avremmo dovuto iniziare con le vaccinazioni già i primi di ottobre. Ad oggi non abbiamo informazioni chiare sui tempi».
Prima di arrivare negli studi medici, infatti, i vaccini percorrono diverse tappe: dalla Regione alle Asl, poi i distretti territoriali e in ultima istanza i medici di famiglia. Bisogna lavorare sui meccanismi di distribuzione e accelerarli il più possibile, continua Scotti, se non vogliamo che le somministrazioni possano partire solo nell'ultima settimana di ottobre.
«Quest'anno - conclude Scotti - le richieste sono moltissime e le procedure di sicurezza da rispettare non aiuteranno certo a sveltire le somministrazioni. Ecco perché una volta di più noi medici chiediamo a tutti di darci i tempi giusti e aiutarci sulla logistica organizzativa, poiché quest'anno le soluzioni alla complessità della pratica vaccinale faranno la differenza per i medici e per i cittadini, mantenendo ovviamente i principi assistenziali di sicurezza».
