Scotti: rischiamo di sprecare opportunità
Con il Piano nazionale di Ripresa e resilienza (Pnrr) «siamo fortemente a rischio di un'occasione persa» e questo avviene anche perché «non credo si possano fare progetti senza condividerli con i professionisti. Sulla carta si parla di ampliare l'assistenza ai cittadini, ma i progetti si costruiscono nelle stanze segrete e vengono resi noti con bozze diffuse attraverso i giornali». Questa la critica che arriva dal segretario della Federazione italiana di medicina Generale (Fimmg) Silvestro Scotti, intervenuto al convegno organizzato oggi a Roma da Fratelli d'Italia, dal titolo «PNRR e Sanità: un'opportunità di sviluppo o un'occasione persa?». Dalla lettura che ne viene oggi offerta, precisa, «i cittadini percepiscono che le quasi 1300 Casa di comunità previste dalla Missione 6 del Pnrr sia un plus, un completamento dell'assistenza, ma in realtà leggendo il documento non sembra sarà così. E il rapporto medico-cittadini risulta che sarà molto inferiore a quello attuale». A questo si aggiunge il nodo, conclude Scotti, «di chi materialmente gestirà le nuove strutture progettate» visto che il personale è già oggi carente.
