Accordi con tutte Regioni tranne Veneto e FVG
Con le ultime intese siglate da Campania e Sicilia, quasi tutte le regioni hanno sottoscritto accordi con i medici di famiglia perchè siano coinvolti nelle somministrazioni del vaccino anti-Covid. «Mancano solo Veneto e Friuli Venezia Giulia», spiega all'ANSA Silvestro Scotti. Le regioni dove invece i medici di famiglia sono operativi e hanno già iniziato a vaccinare, principalmente gli over 80, sono «Emilia Romagna, Piemonte, Lazio, Val d'Aosta, Toscana e la Campania, ma solo per un accordo aziendale che riguarda alcune Asl di Napoli - continua Scotti -. In ogni caso, ovunque si tratta di 10 dosi di vaccino ogni settimana o 15 giorni. Per ora diciamo che è come una prova per quando dovrebbero arrivare più dosi». Secondo Scotti bisogna però fare attenzione «a non confondere i vaccinatori con il numero di vaccini. Per ora si stanno siglando intese con medici di famiglia, specializzandi, si sta lavorando per gli odontoiatri. Ma mancano i vaccini da dare a tutti questi medici». Per organizzare bene il lavoro e le dosi da gestire, conclude Scotti, «sarebbe opportuno anche stabilire chi fa cosa e suddividere la popolazione, per evitare sovrapposizioni e problemi di gestione dei richiami, sulla base delle dosi vaccinali presenti. Ad esempio i medici di famiglia potrebbero vaccinare gli over 80 e i centri vaccinali gli altri».
