“Avremo bisogno di aumentare il Fondo sanitario nazionale, ciò anche in considerazione del progressivo invecchiamento della popolazione”.
Il ministro della Salute, Beatrice Lorenzin, apre alla possibilità di rivedere le cifre della Sanità.
Alla vigilia della Conferenza Stato Regioni, in occasione del convegno sui falsi miti in sanità, Lorenzin spiega che “dal prossimo anno” avrà bisogno di avere qualcosa in più, “anche considerando le sofferenze del personale ed il blocco del turnover in questi anni”.
Un annuncio inatteso che sembra essere una promessa, a condizione di completare quel percorso avviato di rimessa a posto dei conti, scritto nel Patto della Salute che domani sarà sottoposto a verifica sulla basa dei tagli imposti dalla legge di stabilità.
Per un aumento dei fondi, ha spiegato il ministro della Salute, è fondamentale “lavorare sulla qualità, mantenere il sistema a rigore e fare in modo che nella sanità non sia rubato neanche un euro”.
Lorenzin ha quindi rilevato come sia un falso mito che in Italia si spenda troppo in sanità: “Noi spendiamo meno di tutti, ed è anche un falso mito che si spenda troppo per i farmaci, dal momento che abbiamo i prezzi più bassi in Europa. Il problema - ha rilevato - è che arranchiamo perché il fondo sanitario è legato al Pil”.
