L’Irap rischia di mandare a casa 350 collaboratori di studio in Friuli Venezia Giulia, di cui soltanto 38 a Gorizia.
Ai medici di medicina generale che li hanno assunti viene richiesto il pagamento dell'Imposta regionale sulle attività produttive (Irap) che ammonta mediamente a 4mila euro l'anno.
“E l'abbiamo fatto con enorme dispiacere. La situazione, infatti, ha dell'incredibile - spiega il vicesegretario della Fimmg di Gorizia, Adriana Fasiolo - Il medico singolo (che non ha cioé un collaboratore) non paga l'Irap. Tale tassa, infatti, viene richiesta soltanto al professionista che ha il collaboratore di studio. Pertanto, si colpisce chi ha investito. È un'iniziativa incomprensibile”.
Il segretario provinciale della Fimmg, Roberto Vallini, ha scritto una lettera circostanziata all'assessore regionale alla Salute Maria Sandra Telesca in cui si affronta il problema.
“Nella nostra regione – Spiega - circa 350 collaboratori di studio medico sono a rischio di licenziamento per la discriminante assoggettabilità all'imposta Irap e questa condizione pone un freno alla auspicata progettualità di riordino della sanità territoriale che rischia in tal modo di fallire. Alla luce di quanto sopra esposto chiediamo all'assessore un tavolo di confronto tra sindacati e direzioni provinciali dell'Agenzia delle entrate, al fine di fare chiarezza sul ruolo del Mmg che, nell'ambito del riordino del Servizio sanitario regionale (Ssr), apporta vantaggi in termini di servizio al cittadino e non emolumenti al professionista imputabili ad autonoma organizzazione”.
