Stop uso idrossiclorochina fuori da studi clinici
L'AIFA sospende l'autorizzazione all'utilizzo di idrossiclorochina per il trattamento del COVID-19 che non sia nell'ambito degli studi clinici condotti in in ospedale o a domicilio. Nuove evidenze cliniche sull'utilizzo del farmaco, indicano, spiega l'agenzia del farmaco, un aumento di rischio per reazioni avverse a fronte di benefici scarsi o assenti. L'Agenzia non ha mai autorizzato l'utilizzo di idrossiclorochina a scopo preventivo.
